What gets stored

  • Every successful sign-in creates (or reuses) a real user account in Assure's auth database, keyed by your verified email — no password is ever set.
  • Only demo issuer accounts (@assure.chat email + display name) are stored, so others can sign in with them.
  • The EVP credential carries your verified email address only — no name or phone number is available to the protocol.
